See what you owe, and what's due, in one glance.

My Bill Organizer is a bill tracker that runs in your browser. Every balance, due date, interest rate and payment link on one screen. No install. No account. No bank login.

  • ✓ Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook
  • ✓ No subscription
  • ✓ Your data stays on your computer
My Bill Organizer running in Chrome, showing account totals, current balances, what needs attention, a payment plan and a list of credit card bills with due dates.

Your bills live in too many places.

The electric company is a bookmark. The credit card is an app. The loan is an email you can't find. So every payday you rebuild the picture from scratch, and you still can't say what your total debt is, which card costs you the most, or what's due before your next paycheck.

That's how due dates slip by and extra cash lands on the wrong balance.

  • "Wait, when is that one due?"
  • "Which login does this account use?"
  • "How much do I owe in total, really?"
  • "Which debt should get the extra $200?"

One place for every bill you pay.

My Bill Organizer is a single file. Open it in your browser, add your accounts once, and run your whole bill-paying routine from one page.

Total debt at a glance

Summary cards show your account count, current balances, what's required this cycle and what's still unpaid, broken down by category.

Sort by interest rate

Click the APR heading and your most expensive debt rises to the top. Now you know where extra money does the most good.

Never miss what's urgent

A "What needs attention" panel counts bills due in the next 7 days, overdue bills, and accounts missing an amount.

Plan to your next payday

Pick a date range, see the bills inside it and their total, and enter the amount you plan to pay on each.

Pay in one click

Save each account's payment page once. Every bill gets an "Open payment page" link, so no more hunting through bookmarks and old emails.

Credit utilization, calculated

Enter balance and limit. See overall utilization across your accounts and per card, and keep your statement minimum or an estimate beside it.

Know your number before you pay a thing.

Most people avoid looking at the total because adding it up is a chore. Here it's already done, and it updates as you record payments.

  • Accounts and balances by category: credit cards, loans, insurance, utilities, subscriptions, or your own.
  • Cycle requirements: what you need to pay this cycle and what remains.
  • Utilization: your overall credit-limit usage, calculated for you.

Each account is one row: where to pay, when it's due, what you owe, what you plan to pay, and whether it's done. Sort any column. Search and filter when the list grows.

  • Record payments with date and amount, and keep the history.
  • Prepare next bill when the cycle rolls over.
  • Archive accounts you've paid off, without losing them.
  • Export a calendar of due dates, or print the page.

What it is, and what it isn't

  • It organizes your bills. It doesn't send payments or confirm that a payee received one.
  • There's no automatic sync between devices. You move the file yourself.
  • The tracker file is not encrypted. Keep it private, use account nicknames, and don't enter passwords or full account numbers.
  • Built for desktop Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Saving options vary by browser.

Questions before you buy

Does it pay my bills for me?

No. It gives you the payment link and a place to record what you paid. You complete each payment through your bank or the payee.

Do I have to connect my bank?

No. There's no bank connection and no sign-up. You type in the details you want to track.

Where is my data stored?

On your computer, in the HTML file and your browser's storage. The tracker doesn't upload your bill records to our servers.

Does it work on a Mac, Linux or Chromebook?

Yes. It runs in the browser, so the operating system doesn't matter. We recommend desktop Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

How do I keep my changes?

Use "Save HTML file" to write an updated copy, or "Download HTML copy" if your browser can't save directly. You can also export a backup and import it later.

Can I use it on another computer?

Yes. Copy your saved file over, or import a backup into a fresh copy.

Are the minimum payments exact?

You can enter the minimum from your statement, or use an estimate. Card issuers may add fees or past-due amounts, so your statement is the source of truth.

What happens after 12 months?

Your version keeps working. The 12 months covers product updates.

Stop rebuilding the picture every payday.

Put your balances, rates, due dates and payment links in one place, and start each payday knowing exactly where you stand.
